Office Add-In

WhatsForm Office VSTO Add-in

  1. Download and unzip WhatsForm-Office-VSTO-Release.zip.
  2. Close Word, Excel and PowerPoint completely.
  3. Open the Installer folder and double-click "Install All WhatsForm Office VSTO Add-ins.cmd" (or install a single app using its own .cmd file).
  4. Windows will show a blue "Windows protected your PC" SmartScreen box — click "More info", then "Run anyway".
  5. Reopen Word, Excel or PowerPoint. The WhatsForm ribbon tab should appear.

Windows Desktop App

WhatsDocs Archive setup for Windows.

A lightweight app that runs quietly in your system tray, bridging WhatsDocs with any folder on your PC.

  • → Sign in once, runs in the system tray in the background
  • → Import documents from any folder into WhatsDocs
  • → Import templates from any folder into WhatsDocs
  • → Export documents from WhatsDocs to a folder
  • → Configure file type handling from File Type Settings
System requirements
  • Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11
  • Administrator rights to run the installer
  • Internet connection for sign-in and sync

  1. Download WhatsDocsArchive-Setup.msi below.
  2. Run the installer and follow the setup wizard. Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt — choose "More info" → "Run anyway".
  3. Open WhatsDocs Archive from the system tray and log in with your WhatsDocs account (or start a free trial).
  4. Use the tray menu to import documents or templates from a folder, export documents to a folder, or adjust File Type Settings.
