Section 4.1 — Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC / LCIA / AAA) by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
Section 7.2 — Mutual Limitation of Liability & Indemnity Cap
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid during the preceding twelve-month contract period.
